By entering the Prize Draw described below (the “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: Gilt Trip (London) Limited, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 16+ who follow the @goldtriplondon Instagram account.

3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize Draw will open at 12pm (GMT) on 6th March 2023 and close at 23:59pm (GMT) on 30th September 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

6. There is one (1) Prize available to be won in total during the Prize Draw Period, consisting of a Zodiac Pendant Necklace in a starsign of the winner's choice and rhodium or 18ct gold finish, to be decided by the winner (the “Prize”).

7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable, non-returnable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

8. To enter, Participants must; (i) visit the @goldtriplondon Instagram page; (ii) follow the account; (iii) still be following the account when the prize draw ends

9. Each Participant may submit a maximum of one (1) Entries during the Prize Draw Period.

10. The winners of the Prize will be the first (1) Participant selected at random from all Entries received by the Promoter during the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. The winner will be notified by 23:59pm (GMT) on 30th September 2023 via Instagram direct message. The Prize shall be delivered within twenty-eight (28) days via the address provided by the Winner. The delivery address must be located in the United Kingdom.

12. In the event a winner is unreachable or ineligible, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. The winner will be announced on or around 14th October 2023. Details of the winner will be published on a @goldtriplondon Instagram story. The winner consents to providing a photograph for use in this story.

14. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Prize Draw and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by writing to the Promoter.

15. Gold Trip excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.

16. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

17. Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

19. This Prize Draw will be governed by English law.

21. The gift cannot be exchanged for another item.
