Crafted from hallmarked sterling silver and plated in either rhodium (for a tarnish-resistant silver finish) or 18ct gold. No piercing required - simply slot over your cartilage and move to a secure position in your conch or even just above, depending on your ear size and shape. If you're struggling to fit it, you can either gently open it or if it's feeling too loose, give it a little squeeze to fit snugly to your ear.
 
SIZING
Prior to any adjustments: External diameter measures 11.7mm. Internal diameter measures 9.8mm. Width of ear cuff/height of one heart measures 3mm.
