Warranty Policy
All Gold Trip products have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault during the warranty period, we will offer either a repair or replacement, providing the product has been fairly treated and the issue is not a result of accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or wear and tear.
Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:
- Loss or accidental damage
- Damage from regular wear and tear. This includes broken chains and clasps, scratches, dropped stones and surface finish fading
- Damage from improper use or storage. This includes pulled chains, bent studs, lost earring backs, dropped items, oxidation due to improper storage
- Items purchased through 3rd party retailers. Please reach out to the retailer directly to get further assistance
For items that fall outside of our warranty policy, we also offer a repair service for all* items at a cost, which varies depending on the item. In cases where an item is not possible to be repaired, we may offer a replacement item free of charge.
*This includes items that are still available for sale on our website. Discontinued items are not included in this service. Offer is valid for UK orders only. For international orders, delivery charges will be added on top of the repair service charge.
