Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched the next working day. Jewellery boxes are wrapped in acid-free recycled tissue paper and packaged within recycled cardboard boxes, along with a dispatch note and, if selected, gift card with handwritten message. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your delivery tracking number and link. In case you're ordering a gift, please be assured that outer packaging is not identifiable as containing Gold Trip products.
For Standard Delivery (UK only), please expect a delivery time of 2-5 working days. For Express Delivery (UK only), please expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days. For international deliveries, please consult the table below for your region.

Customs & Duties Information
UK VAT is included on all products automatically, and we cover the cost of duties to parcels destined for Northern Ireland, the EU and USA. For all other international destinations (countries not including the UK & NI, the EU and USA), you will be responsible for paying any import duties or taxes, where applicable.
